 ⚡วันนี้จะมาพูดถึง Cranial Sutures ⚡

Cranial sutures พบว่ามีหลายตำเเหน่ง ในวันนี้จะยกตัวอย่าง Major sutures ใน Lateral view กัน

1️⃣Coronal suture – the junction between the frontal and parietal bones

2️⃣Squamous suture – the junction between the parietal and temporal bones

3️⃣Lambdoid suture – the junction between the parietal and occipital bones.

✅เมื่อวาน มีเคสมาปรึกษาด้วยอาการเจ็บศอกขวา Rt. Lateral epicondyle of humerus : Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis (ECRB) โดยเฉพาะตอนบิดผ้า

🟢เคสนี้ไม่ได้เขียนตรวจร่างกายเเบบละเอียดให้ดูนะครับ ไม่งั้นโพสนี้จะยาวเกิน

สำหรับในเคสนี้ ตรวจพบว่า Rt. Squamous Suture มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับ Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis (ECRB) ในทาง neurologically

🟢จากการตรวจพบว่า

 🔺Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis (ECRB) : overactive

และพบ

 🔻Receptors of Rt. Squamous Suture : underactive

 จึงให้การรักษาโดย

- Release Rt. Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis (ECRB)

- Activate การทำงานของreceptors of Rt. Squamous Suture

หลังทำการรักษาเสร็จ อาการเจ็บศอกลดลงอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญ

🔴สรุปคร่าวๆ คือ Cranial Sutures มีหน้าบทบาทที่สำคัญมากต่อ motor control และยังส่งผลต่อโครงสร้างต่างๆของร่างกายอีกด้วย

🟢Take home messege

การเกิด Secondary compensation pattern เป็นสิ่งที่พบได้บ่อยมาก และจะหายช้า หากไม่เเก้ไขที่ Primary ร่วมด้วย
